Tradecall247 homecover package offers ultimate peace of mind. The
most important factor being the simplicity of our terms and
conditions. Its this easy! Subscribe for ONLY £99 per year and
we will attend up to 3 times. Either plumbing or electrical with NO
callout fees or labour charge. SIMPLE! All new subscribers must allow
a 14 day period before we can attend any emergency callout. Please
note you cannot subscribe on the day of your emergency callout. A 14
day period must lapse to avoid any confusion on this matter.
All
subscribers will receive a plastic callcard with a property code in
their information pack. Please quote this code when calling.

Terms
& Conditions.
Up
to 3 callouts per subscription term. (12 Months)
Either
electrical or plumbing emergency callout.
You
will NOT be charged a callout fee or labour unless the callout
period exceeds 2 hours.
After
any exceeded 2 hour period, standard labour fees are chargable.
Callouts
are NOT limited to time of day. Cover is 24Hr,365 days per year.
Any
parts required will be chargable. with the exception of minor sundries.
Replacing
lamps or general maintenance is NOT considered as an emergency and
will NOT be covered.
We
consider an emergency to be any situation which could be a dangerous
risk to your safety and any risk to your property.
We
reserve the right to determain if any given situation should be
classified as an emergency.
